I Love Love the harness, however I can't use it is too small for my pet. I have been trying to get an exchange and no representative from the company has reached out to help after following the steps listed on the website.
I have spent 75.00$ and my pet can not wear the harness . I also paid for express shipping and it took over 3 week to get the harness. The Harness is beautiful ,however this company has poor customer service.
