it's SO soft!!! I LOVE the material, wish I could sleep in there instead of my cat haha. It is big enough for big/adult cats too and yes, you can easily take off some parts (it has zippers!), I like the color and how it is made, I'm super happy!! :) It is worth it! 10/10
