The product took about one month to arrive to USA. The size of the bag is smaller than the description. The height instead of 16.9” is 16” max (in the back) and also tapers in the front to 14.5”. The width instead of 15.7” is 15” and also tapers to 14” in the front (only could upload one image). The color is darker than the website photos and there is a sharp edge that you can feel on your lower back when wearing the backpack.
I own a 17 pounds ragdoll and we own/tried numerous backpacks, considering backpack’s light weight and its width it is still potentially useful but not what was expected, Beware!

Love this carrier! Great quality and thoughtfully made. This is sturdy enough to hold my cat; 13lb (5.8kg). There’s room for him to lay or stand, and plenty of pockets to keep essential items in when on the go. Great ventilation, and there are 2 entry ways. I prefer to wear this backpack in the front so I can see my cat, and it’s still comfortable to wear, I’m 5’5 for reference.

There is one major problem with the design....the bottom zip seam has no padding and is very uncomfortable when on the back. We have to use a towel between the pack and back. Great pity because a good product.
